I can, therefore I am.

Second week of our Western Cuisine, Our section was surprised
by an announcement of a contingency,
we do not expect the shuffling of
 the professor or Chef. We are unhappy because we meet chef grace only once,
 but there's nothing we can do. Just to accept the fact that we have a new chef.
 Thankyou Chef Grace! Even you hold as in a short time of a period. We learned a lot. SWEAR!

HAHAHA. LOL

But Suddenly Chef bie enter the room, and BOOOOOM!
We are all Inspired and be Motivated on our doings, That's why we are pushing our limits,
to achieve not just Better but to be the Best we can be.
That's the first time I met Chef Bie in Labratory.
He's one of the best chef I ever met.
Despite of all his Bad Experience just to continue teaching as a Chef. He did not just give up,
and prove to them that age doesn't matter.














Actually we did not expect na kami ang mag ttop sa lahat ng groups, BTW Good Job! Goodluck to our Next Group! :)





I've worked too hard and too long to let anything stand in the way of my goals. I will not let my teammates down and I will not let myself down. And so be it.

Canapé




Week one of our Western Cuisine, Our group is so nervous about what we're going to do during our laboratory time. We are all rush and pressured, Because we don't want Chef to shout with us and rebuke with our group. But we did not resenting Chef's "SERMON" cause we all know that it is for our own good. 




Canape it is a small prepared and usually decorative

held in the finger stand often eaten in one bite.
